All photographs, videos, drone footage, floor plans, and digital media content (“Content”) produced by KEH Media are the intellectual property of KEH Media and are protected under the Copyright Act of Canada (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, KEH Media retains full copyright ownership of all Content.
Clients purchasing services from KEH Media are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the specific property for which the Content was commissioned. Content may not be resold, transferred, altered, or reused for additional listings, agents, or purposes (including but not limited to advertising unrelated services, personal use, or commercial use outside the property listing) without prior written consent and appropriate licensing fees.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms of use. KEH Media assumes no liability for misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized distribution of Content once delivered.

Payment Terms
Payment & Refund Terms

Payment is due in full upon delivery of media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

KEH Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of media until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert % or flat rate].

Rescheduling due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances will be accommodated at no extra charge.
Re-Shoot Policy

Re-shoots requested due to photographer error (e.g., missed rooms, technical issues) will be completed at no additional cost.

Re-shoots requested for reasons outside of KEH Media’s control (e.g., property not prepared, staging changes, owner requests) will be subject to an additional fee.
Refunds

Due to the nature of digital media services, refunds are generally not provided once a shoot has been completed and media delivered.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of non-delivery or significant technical issues.
